Answer inquiries and provide information to the general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties regarding activities conducted at establishment and location of departments, offices, and employees within the organization.

Required Experience:

• High School diploma or GED
• One (1) year of diverse/technical clerical and administrative experience using standard secretarial practices and procedures, systems, and equipment, which includes:
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Teams, etc.
• Experience composing and preparing routine correspondence.
• Experience performing basic mathematical skills.
• Experience establishing and maintaining office files.
• Ability to create and edit various memoranda and business communications.
• Ability to maintain a professional image with face-to-face contact with division staff.
• Ability to exercise a professional approach and deportment on telephone communications, including routing calls, written correspondence, email, etc., are required.
• Ability to take the initiative, use good judgment, exercise independent decision-making, and provide excellent customer service.
